WHO we seek:

We are in search of a Technical Sales Support Specialist to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with events, trade shows, and training initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical resource for Digital Display Solutions and other Digital Signage offerings for our North American sales teams and partners.
  • Deliver pre-sales technical assistance to North American sales subsidiaries, system integrators, and end customers.
  • Guide subsidiaries and system integrators on model selections, specifications, and product inquiries.
  • Support system integrators and end customers with the setup and application of software and service solutions, including Samsung VXT, Lynk Cloud, and Tizen platform (SSSP).
  • Provide Tier 1 pre-sales technical support for LCD Signage, LED, Monitors, Hospitality TV, Solutions, and Pro Services in North America.
  • Ensure timely and proactive pre-sales technical support to:
  • Internal Sales Teams
  • North America Business Development Managers
  • Collaborate with key industry partners in the Digital Signage marketplace and offer proactive market insights to Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Participate in and support company and partner events.
Required Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • Technical background and interest in IT, IP networks, Digital Signage, and/or the Display industry.

  • Self-driven individual capable of thriving in both team-oriented and independent settings.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise discretion.

  • Willingness to work beyond standard hours as needed for support and deployments in North America.
  • Frequent domestic travel is required.
