Position Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in addressing inquiries from both existing and prospective clients regarding our advanced equipment and its functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance for all product lines and services, addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product advancements and emerging technologies.
  • Document essential information from customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Suggest improvements to knowledge databases and technical resources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve technical questions related to our analyzers and units.
  • Assist potential customers by troubleshooting and offering solutions to technical queries, facilitating the sales process.
  • Educate customers on maximizing the use of our petroleum testing equipment.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of customer training programs.
  • Provide IT support within the office environment.
Qualifications:
  • A technical degree in a relevant field.
