Position Overview
As an Integration Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption and implementation of our flagship product. You will work collaboratively with sales teams, support personnel, external partners, and accountants to facilitate a smooth transition for small businesses utilizing this product.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Sales, support teams, external partners, and accountants to enhance product adoption and ensure effective implementation.
2. Assist in executing tailored implementation strategies for accounts transitioning to this product.
3. Oversee the seamless migration of small business clients to this product while providing an exceptional initial user experience that encourages accountants to recommend it.
4. Clearly communicate recommendations, plans, and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Prioritize tasks and identify opportunities for process enhancements while adhering to timelines.
6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions, focusing on the product ecosystem.
7. Engage in professional interactions with both internal and external partners.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong ability to articulate technical requirements to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical information across different organizational levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively under pressure with multiple project demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online.
- Previous experience in the accounting sector or working with accountants.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
