The Corporate Partnerships Manager at SIFF plays a crucial role in shaping and executing strategies to attract and secure corporate funding for various initiatives, including year-round cinema programming, educational projects, and signature events.

Position Details
  • Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Reports To: Director of Development

This position is essential for fostering and maintaining relationships with corporate donors, ensuring they are engaged and supported throughout their partnership with SIFF. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will collaborate closely with various departments and leadership to enhance the organization's outreach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fundraising and Relationship Development (60%)
    • Design and implement a corporate giving strategy that aligns with SIFF's mission and objectives.
    • Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate prospects, focusing on building and nurturing relationships.
    • Work alongside the Director of Development and Board members to refine corporate partnership strategies, targeting opportunities of $25,000 and above.
    • Create customized sponsorship proposals that resonate with potential corporate partners.
    • Ensure effective stewardship and fulfillment of corporate benefits through collaboration with various teams.
  • Pipeline Expansion (20%)
    • Identify and establish new corporate relationships while enhancing existing ones.
    • Engage with local businesses to foster community connections.
    • Represent SIFF at corporate events to promote the organization's mission.
    • Coordinate corporate volunteer opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Financial Management (10%)
    • Maintain accurate records of corporate interactions in CRM systems.
    • Collaborate with the Finance Department on budgeting and revenue projections related to corporate giving.
    • Assist in setting annual revenue goals for corporate contributions.
  • Organizational Responsibilities (10%)
    • Participate in departmental meetings and provide training as needed.
    • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate fundraising or relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Understanding of the corporate sector's role in supporting arts and culture.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in managing corporate partnerships.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data management.
