Corporate Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including HR, Department leads, C-Level executives, and internal influencers
- Plan and execute corporate events and workshops to generate leads and drive sales
- Lead the club-level corporate sales strategy and facilitate daily goal setting with the General Manager
- Coach and train membership advisors in our corporate sales process
- Support and create marketing initiatives to generate leads on a national scale
- Previous value-based sales experience preferred
- A driven, positive, entrepreneurial spirit with a propensity for leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership record
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- Enjoy working within a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills and habits
- Previous experience with being evaluated on quantitative metrics
- Use and proficiency in E-CRM systems preferred
- Portfolio Management experience preferred
