Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, including HR, Department leads, C-Level executives, and internal influencers
  • Plan and execute corporate events and workshops to generate leads and drive sales
  • Lead the club-level corporate sales strategy and facilitate daily goal setting with the General Manager
  • Coach and train membership advisors in our corporate sales process
  • Support and create marketing initiatives to generate leads on a national scale
Requirements
  • Previous value-based sales experience preferred
  • A driven, positive, entrepreneurial spirit with a propensity for leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven leadership record
  • Personal passion for health and fitness
  • Enjoy working within a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and habits
  • Previous experience with being evaluated on quantitative metrics
  • Use and proficiency in E-CRM systems preferred
  • Portfolio Management experience preferred
