YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Manager for the Regional Corporate Finance Practice, you will collaborate with the CFS NAMR Regional Practice Area Leader to establish the strategic direction and oversee the execution of business initiatives.

You will engage closely with the CFS NAMR leadership team, which includes regional business leaders, diversity leaders, and initiative heads, to advance both business and personnel objectives within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial strategy and assess business performance metrics, including lead generation, proposal development, and key performance indicators, in partnership with global business managers.
  • Oversee regional human resource processes and initiatives, such as professional development, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as learning and development programs.
  • Conduct business analysis and strategic planning, facilitate internal communications, and organize key events like leadership meetings and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the global CFS Management & Operations team by aligning regional strategies with global priorities while considering local adaptations.

Team Structure:
A Coordinator will be part of your team and will report directly to you.

The Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice (CFS) is the largest practice at BCG, integrating deep expertise in corporate strategy with methodologies designed to create sustainable value for clients.

YOUR SKILLS
You are a self-starter with a robust work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working independently and within a diverse team. You excel in managing ambiguity and possess strong stakeholder management skills, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate priorities into actionable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and resolve intricate issues independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
