We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a FastPay Financial Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate payment of commissions to our hotel partners and meeting planners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the FastPay program.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of commission payments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our hotel partners and meeting planners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commission settlement and payment processing.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a focus on commission settlement and payment processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with commission settlement and payment processing systems.
