Requirements

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

Perform reconciliation of hotel supporting documentation to MPC invoices and report any variances.
Maintain clear and concise documentation for all administrative, auditing, and reporting processes that support core business operations.
Engage with accounts, account owners, and customers on Hilton's outstanding features and benefits.
Contribute guidance on required approvals, information input, and meeting pickup for processing commission payments as well as assist with any adjustments, as applicable.
How you will collaborate with others:Partner with Meeting Planner Companies to provide onboarding support and to acquire vital documentation. Facilitate onboarding by ensuring profiles are set up in the FastPay system accurately and quickly.
Work with DS Management and the Accreditation team to ensure that all onboarding activities are coordinated and implemented successfully.
Engage with other teams on standard methodologies to ensure a consistent and superior partner experience.
What projects you will take ownership of: Develop ideas to resolve team stressors, inefficiencies in the process, and areas where resources can be optimized.
Provide guidance to ensure that the automation and streamlining of team needs using systems and tools are brought to the appropriate decision-makers.

You have these minimum qualifications:

Three (3) years of professional experience
Two (2) years of Finance, Accounting, or Customer Service experience
It would be useful if you have:Associate's degree
Five (5) years of Finance, Accounting, or Customer Service experience
Knowledge of FastPay processes
Knowledgeable in travel agency commission-processing systems for research and special projects
One (1) year of supervisory experience
Training and presentation experience
