Sales Account Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and tenacious Outside Sales Consultant to assist in the growth of our rapidly expanding organization within a designated sales area. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the sales process and devise a strategic approach to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in business development initiatives in a field sales capacity
- Enhance Badger's market presence with an emphasis on client acquisition and relationship management
- Formulate a growth strategy aimed at maximizing financial returns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to discuss opportunities
Essential Skills for Success
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in a business development capacity
- Background in customer service and account management
- Proven ability to establish rapport with prospective clients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Preferred experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services sectors

This position is eligible for commission, with an anticipated total compensation range of $105,000 annually (base salary plus uncapped commission). Compensation may vary based on performance, geographic location, education, experience, and internal equity.
This role is remote but requires significant travel to local branches, client sites, and customer offices.
Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment screening, which may include background checks, driving record assessments, and drug testing.
