Qualifications

Essential Skills for Success

  • 1-3 years of prior sales experience, ideally in a business development context
  • Background in customer service and account management
  • Proven ability to establish rapport with prospective clients
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services sectors is preferred

This position is eligible for commission, with an estimated total compensation range of $105,000 annually (base salary plus uncapped commission). Compensation may vary based on performance, geographic location, education, experience, and internal equity.

This role is remote but requires up to 75% travel to local branches, client sites, and customer offices.

Candidates will need to successfully complete pre-employment screening, which may include background checks, motor vehicle record history, and drug testing.
