Account Executive, Client Leadership

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Client Leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clear and actionable feedback to creative teams, ensuring that creative output aligns with client objectives and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Review creative deliverables, checking for quality, brand consistency, and performance optimization opportunities.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of creative assets across various digital platforms (social, display, video, etc.).
- Partner with media and strategy to understand and report on key metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI).
- Support the identification of opportunities for creative optimization based on data insights and testing results.
- Manage projects independently.
Requirements
- 2+ years account management experience
- 1+ years creative agency experience
- Experience balancing multiple projects and resolving routine issues along the way
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (social, display, video) and how creative assets perform across these platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance marketing, data analysis, and optimizing creative for performance.
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and the role of creative assets in ad performance.
