  • Manage and coordinate survey projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with survey team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to team members.
  • Prepare and review survey reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • California PLS license required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land surveying, with a strong background in project management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in survey software and technology.
