About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oncology Program Manager to join our team at United Staff Source. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our patient support programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Align program service goals with client objectives, ensuring compliance with contracted service levels.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary contact for program/operational queries and issue resolution, ensuring adverse events and product complaints are reported according to client instructions.
  • Team Leadership: Identify and develop talent for open positions, preparing internal candidates for promotional opportunities, and drive training, development, and retention of the team.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and provide weekly updates on factors affecting program financial forecasts, and prepare activity summaries for the development and review of client monthly invoices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Previous personnel/team management experience required; experience managing managers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and product commercialization.
  • At least 2 years of experience with oncology programs/products.
