Job Summary

Eisai is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for unmet medical needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our Oncology therapeutic products within an assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales goals through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of the Oncology market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a territory business plan, aligned with overall business objectives, to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, and Endocrinologists, to promote our products and provide educational resources.
  • Conduct sales presentations, informational in-services, and promotional education programs to targeted personnel, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
  • Monitor operating costs and compliance with territory budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, including Associate Director Regional Marketing and Oncology Field Reimbursement Managers, to facilitate aligned and coordinated efforts with customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) required.
  • Senior OSS: 3 years experience in relevant specialty sales, device sales, or related therapeutic area; Oncology highly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and ability to influence others.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge of customer business, disease state, product prescribing information, approved promotional clinical trials, patient access to medication, and regulatory/compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time, including overnight travel to conferences, training, and sales meetings.
