About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oncology Program Manager to join our team at United Staff Source. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in leading our patient support services and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our patient support programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of program managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of patient support services.
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our patient support programs, including managing client service requests, implementing business rules, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage program financials, including preparing activity summaries and providing weekly updates on factors affecting program financial forecasts.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in patient support services and program management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
