Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Sampling and Testing: Conduct sampling and testing of incoming materials, finished products, and micro testing to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies' requirements and company standards.
  • Develop Knowledge and Skills: Develop knowledge of functional area policies and procedures, and perform routine analytical testing and sampling functions in at least one QC laboratory.
  • Maintain Training and Compliance: Maintain all training requirements for assigned tasks, and adhere to established internal and external customer expectations.
  • Operational Proficiency: Develop operational proficiency using analytical techniques and instrumentation to support sampling and testing for applicable products and incoming materials.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work independently and/or in a team environment to meet or exceed established objectives, applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Quality Performance Indicators (QPIs).
EHS Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Safety: Know, understand, and comply with all Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines, and report unsafe conditions.
  • Reporting and Training: Report all injuries, illnesses, and hazardous materials releases, and attend EHS training programs.
Quality Responsibilities
  • Quality Compliance: Adhere to all Quality Compliance standards (Data Integrity, QA, and QC, etc.), and adhere to QMS policy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma required, Associates Degree or higher in a Science-related field or study preferred.
  • Experience: Prior lab experience is preferred, prior cGMP and basic science background, and experience in an education setting is suitable.
