Job Title: Strategic Revenue Manager

BCC Software is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Revenue Manager to oversee and optimize our renewals processes. This role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic renewals practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze current renewals processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless renewals operations.
  • Lead efforts to streamline renewals workflows and integrate new technologies or systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in renewals, finance, or accounting roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or strategic position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in renewals software and financial systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Work Environment:

This is a hybrid position, based in Rochester, NY, with flexibility to work remotely.

Compensation: $100,000 On Target Earnings
