About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to develop and execute strategies to streamline renewals processes, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to streamline renewals processes, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of renewals specialists, ensuring top performance and collaboration.
- Optimize financial reporting, ensuring accurate integration of renewals data and identifying revenue opportunities.
- Resolve complex customer renewals issues, working closely with sales and support teams to enhance client experiences.
- Oversee compliance and risk management related to renewals, ensuring alignment with regulations and best practices.
- Manage renewals technology and collaborate with IT to maintain system effectiveness and implement new solutions.
