Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Strategy and Innovation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of revenue strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement pricing and reimbursement strategies
  • Monitor and analyze revenue performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Identify and mitigate revenue risks and opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in a professional role in a healthcare organization with direct experience in revenue management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a business-related field
  • Five years of experience in revenue management in a healthcare organization
  • Proficiency in a second language, preferably Spanish
