Job Overview

KJUS is at the forefront of innovation in the Ski, Golf, and Lifestyle apparel industry. We are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our logistics operations. This role will report directly to the Director of Customer Operations and collaborate closely with the Logistics Analyst.

Position Summary: The Logistics Coordinator is essential in optimizing operational workflows by managing inbound shipment schedules, fostering robust communication with external warehouses, and supporting international shipping processes. Key responsibilities encompass ERP data management and vendor liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Data Management
  • Input and billing of inbound shipments for the United States and Canada within the ERP system.
  • Assist the Logistics Analyst with seasonal data entry tasks.
  • Manage SMS entry and receiving processes.
External Warehouse Collaboration
  • Coordinate inbound shipment entries and communications for external warehouses in the United States and Canada.
  • Maintain active communication with external warehouses regarding supplier delivery notifications, receiving schedules, and master data support.
  • Collaborate with internal management to ensure timely delivery to wholesale customers and effectively communicate receiving schedules to external warehouses.
Import/Export and Compliance Management
  • Conduct monthly audits of 10% of United States imports.
  • Coordinate with brokers based on audit findings.
  • Facilitate internal quality control communications with customer service and design teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for international shipping support across various departments.
  • Provide EDI and routing guide assistance for the customer service team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in logistics or operational support.
  • Strong knowledge of the premium sportswear industry, particularly in golf and skiing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Netsuite is preferred.
  • Ability to engage in prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and/or walking.
  • If working remotely, a dedicated workspace is required, which is not provided by the company; however, an in-office option is available.
Compensation: $42,700 - $51,400
