Supply Chain Planner

Envision is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining the Master Schedule in our business system to support scheduling and supply chain activities that help the company achieve customer service, manufacturing, and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Continuously monitor the sales and operations plan and customer backlog, actively managing the dates of the backlog and ensuring availability of materials and manufacturing resources.
- Analyze available data and generate reporting to support S&OP functional review, improvements in scheduling and forecasting practices, and ongoing departmental KPIs.
- Collaborate with global teams to solve complex problems and meet customer needs.
- Establish and maintain system settings, profile options, and data attribute values.
- Maintain thorough and deep technical and business process knowledge for all planning aspects of Oracle as an Oracle "Super User".
- Quote factory lead times for new orders, provide status updates to customer service, and coordinate changes to sales orders in production.
- Manage expedited orders, communicating with Customer Service and Sales on our manufacturing ability to service these orders via Oracle CRM.
- Strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Self-directed, team-oriented, and able to evaluate and effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP environments.
- Ability to lead project team members to achieve deadlines.
- Independent judgment to identify improvement opportunities and organize resources to address them.
- Adjust production schedules and scheduling practices to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve optimum performance to MMI's Key Performance Measures.
- Strong customer service orientation to best serve multiple internal and external customer relationships.
- Five or more years of scheduling/supply chain experience in an ERP environment.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications required.
- Specific knowledge of ERP and MRP Systems (Oracle Preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Materials Management, Business Management, or equivalent education and experience. APICS CPIM certification is strongly preferred.
