Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team and clients across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to leadership teams and clients across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design and deliver HR programs and services that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, HR executives, and subject matter experts.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to HR professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in strategic HR roles.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SP certification preferred.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft applications, data interpretation, and online tools.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
