Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the PACE program to ensure adherence to organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the management team, ensuring the effective implementation of the program's strategic plan.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as accreditation and certification requirements.
  • Develop and manage the program's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Recruit, retain, and lead a talented management team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and outreach strategies to promote the program and attract participants.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program's success and growth.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on program development and management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and implementing strategic plans.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations, as well as accreditation and certification requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
