A leading Long Term Care company is seeking a seasoned Culinary Director to lead the dietary department of a facility in the Cincinnati, OH area. • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of management experience preferred
• Previous cook experience in a healthcare environment; Certified Dietary Manager certification a plus
• Prior experience utilizing computers, preferably for Nutritional Care software applications

• Direct the culinary team to ensure delivery of quality resident care
• Supervise and train new employees; implement menus and recipes
• Maintain quality food services through hands-on management and communication with ancillary departments
• Manage resources and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
