Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and board members.
  • Direct and coordinate association-wide fundraising campaigns, events, and donor recognition programs.
  • Provide training and support to staff and volunteers on fundraising best practices.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for fundraising and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, nonprofit management, business, marketing, or equivalent required; CFRE and/or Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of successful business experience, including fundraising, nonprofit board participation, and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of donors and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of expanding and cultivating existing relationships over time.
