Job Title: General Manager, SIG Connect

At SIG SAUER, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead the launch and growth of our new consumer mobile application, NewApp. As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, product development, and customer experience for this innovative platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the hardware and software subscription, aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product iterations, revenue model tests, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach and ensure exceptional user experiences through the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to define the roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market requirements.
  • Oversee all aspects of the software subscription business, including product development, pricing, packaging, distribution, and customer support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in product management, digital media, marketing, or eCommerce.
  • Specific experience launching mobile first/only businesses, iOS or Android mobile applications, and/or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and successfully managing a P&L.
  • Solid knowledge of product management & performance analytics, customer lifecycle management, mobile user acquisition via organic and paid channels, and digital marketing tools/techniques.
