Position Summary:

The Non-Conformance Product Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the flow of non-conforming products. This position is responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely evaluation and processing of products that do not meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct verification of all products that have been rejected based on cosmetic standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation of product disposition is completed accurately.
  • Maintain precise inventory counts and execute transactions in the inventory management system.
  • Create Non-Conformance Reports (NMRs) and facilitate the movement of products to designated locations.
  • Assist in preserving the accuracy of operational documents and receipt tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to ensure efficient product flow.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding operational needs and issues.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance daily operational processes.
  • Engage in engineering root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various levels of personnel.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and MRP systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Adherence to proper personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines as necessary.
