Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Account Manager will oversee the scope, budget, and timeline of various projects, ensuring effective communication with ministry team members while establishing a project management tracking system for the department.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have a deep and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Must align with the beliefs, values, and mission of First Baptist Atlanta
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in communications is required
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential
  • Must be readily available to address any emergencies that may arise
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite and Microsoft Office suite is necessary
  • Strong copywriting and editing abilities are required
  • Robust administrative skills are a must

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Engage with ministry team members to gather insights regarding project scope, budget, and timelines
  • Collaborate with the communications department to create a detailed project plan that outlines deadlines and responsibilities
  • Assign and monitor internal tasks to ensure project completion
  • Review project deliverables for quality assurance
  • Handle project billing and conduct post-evaluation assessments
  • Perform administrative tasks including record maintenance, supply ordering, and other functions to promote an efficient office environment
  • Assist in the development and management of special projects as required
  • Support project tasks as necessary
  • Participate in project meetings as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and generate quarterly metrics for the department
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product advancements
  • Commit to doing whatever it takes to achieve project goals
