We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Accounts Manager to contribute to our ongoing success and expansion.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships, ensuring that we are recognized as the premier choice for commercial painting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in commercial sales to property and facility managers, as well as industrial clients, by building and expanding relationships.
- Conduct cold calls and network in the field to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop our current client accounts.
- Participate in industry-related events and trade shows.
- Provide diligent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Commit to achieving sales targets consistently.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Deliver detailed written proposals for all client requests.
- Clearly communicate customer needs and expectations in proposals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, production, and job site teams to meet project expectations.
- Conduct in-person meetings with clients to assess their needs and provide estimates.
- Secure sales commitments in a competitive environment.
- Increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Prepare weekly performance analyses to support goal setting and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a relevant field is required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in B2B commercial sales is preferred.
- Proven track record as a top performer is preferred.
- History of achievements and promotions in previous roles.
- Familiarity with interior and exterior paints and coatings is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and energetic.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary structure, including base salary, commissions, and bonuses. A vehicle, laptop, and cellphone will be provided, along with gas and insurance coverage. Comprehensive training and resources will be available to support your success. The total compensation package in the first year is projected to be between $65,000 and $85,000, with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 in subsequent years.
