Position Summary:
The Commercial Accounts Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships, demonstrating that we are the premier choice for their commercial painting requirements, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in commercial sales targeting Property Managers, Facility Managers, and Industrial Clients by initiating, developing, and enhancing commercial painting partnerships.
  • Conduct cold calls and network in the field to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and develop current business accounts.
  • Participate in industry-related events and trade shows.
  • Perform diligent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Commit to achieving sales goals consistently.
  • Manage the entire sales process from start to finish, typically spanning 3 to 9 months.
  • Provide detailed written proposals for all customer requests.
  • Ensure clear communication of customer needs and expectations in proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Associate, Production Associate, and Job Site Supervisor to meet all outlined expectations.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with clients to perform estimates and gather project requirements.
  • Secure sales commitments from new clients in a competitive landscape.
  • Enhance revenue from existing accounts and relationships.
  • Prepare weekly performance analyses to assist in goal setting and review with supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Preferred experience in B2B commercial sales.
  • Proven track record as a top performer in sales.
  • Demonstrated history of achievements and promotions.
  • Familiarity with interior and exterior paints, coatings, and construction is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and energetic.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary with a draw, commissions, and bonuses. Company vehicle, laptop, and cellphone provided. Coverage for gas and insurance. Comprehensive training and resources available. Total compensation in the first year is projected between $65,000 and $85,000, with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 in subsequent years.
