Key Responsibilities- Training and Education
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to Spa Partners on Eminence Organic Skin Care products, skin care, massage therapy, and seasonal promotions.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Spa Partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell and promote Eminence products.
- Sales and Business Development
- Work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Spa Partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of Spa Partner accounts, providing regular business meetings, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with Spa Partners, Outside Sales Representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Education and Experience
- Current Esthetician License and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the spa industry.
- Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care products and treatments is preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Ability to travel overnight within the territory and occasionally outside of the territory.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle for assigned territory.
- Computer skills, including PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
