Job Overview

Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Outside Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and sales support to our Spa Partner accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Education
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to Spa Partners on Eminence Organic Skin Care products, skin care, massage therapy, and seasonal promotions.
    • Provide ongoing support and coaching to Spa Partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell and promote Eminence products.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Work closely with our Outside Sales Representatives to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Spa Partners to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Account Management
    • Manage a portfolio of Spa Partner accounts, providing regular business meetings, training, and support to ensure their success.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with Spa Partners, Outside Sales Representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales and training initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Current Esthetician License and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the spa industry.
    • Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care products and treatments is preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and business development skills.
    • Ability to travel overnight within the territory and occasionally outside of the territory.
    • Valid driver's license and vehicle for assigned territory.
    • Computer skills, including PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
