Medical Sales Executive

The Peregrine Team is seeking a Healthcare Sales Representative to enhance our sales efforts. This role involves proactively identifying and engaging potential clients.
Key Attributes: The ideal candidate is motivated by results, eager for customer acquisition, and dedicated to driving revenue growth.
Work Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Work Environment: Remote/Hybrid with travel flexibility across California
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with prospects to facilitate sales and enhance customer loyalty. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly objectives for new customer acquisition.
- Performance Tracking: Document interactions with prospects and monitor goal progress using a CRM system.
- Market Research: Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and the overall market landscape relevant to Peregrine Team.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales within the healthcare or life sciences sector.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Persistent drive to understand and fulfill the needs of prospective clients.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
