**Job Description:**

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Business Executive at Full Potential Solutions (FPS). As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in B2B outbound sales and a proven track record of success. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture, qualify and sell prospects generated by marketing campaigns and cold-calling in a production focused environment.
  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry and technological trends to provide expert advice to prospects and customers.
  • Effectively manage and overcome prospect/customer objections.
  • Implement established pre-sales processes and utilize prescribed tools to document prospect interactions.
  • Develop sales strategies to maintain high productivity levels and achieve pre-determined sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably with account management experience.
  • Experience with UCAAS and SAAS; VOIP software is a plus.
