Clinical Research Financial Coordinator

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Cancer Center Office of Clinical Research (OCR), you will play a vital role in developing budgets for clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop standardized costs for clinical trials and create budget templates.
  • Negotiate budgets with study sponsors and university officials.
  • Facilitate review and update of study billing coverage analysis.
  • Invoice sponsors for administrative fees and services.
  • Collaborate with study teams and internal departments to ensure fees and billing procedures are accurate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Two years of experience in a related field.

Anticipated Hiring Range: $55,000-$70,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Physical Demands: This is a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers and occasional travel to attend meetings.
