About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Guayak Yerba Mate. As a Sales and Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for selling, delivering, and merchandising our complete line of products to small and large format stores throughout the Sacramento area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated sales route, servicing existing customers and acquiring new accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and excellent service
  • Maximize sales opportunities by promoting company products and identifying customer needs
  • Build and merchandise displays throughout each account with Guayak Yerba Mate product
  • Ensure accurate product delivery and inventory management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Current Driver's License with clean driving record and meet DOT driving standards
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Previous sales experience is desirable, but not required
  • Additional Language skills an advantage
