Director of National Account Pursuits

The Director of Customer Pursuits will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new national account opportunities, developing strategic sales strategies, and delivering customized staffing solutions to drive client wins. This role requires a proactive sales approach, anticipating and overcoming objections throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and construct an ever-expanding pipeline of potential onsite leads within a defined territory, utilizing expert knowledge of competitor information and market conditions.
- Utilize Adecco's CRM to maintain and document the sales funnel progression of top targets within the territory/vertical.
- Develop vertical-based sales strategies for targeting qualified opportunities and manage them through the full sales cycle in conjunction with vertical leaders.
- Provide weekly sales funnel status updates to the VP of the defined territory/vertical.
- Develop and maintain an ever-expanding pipeline of potential onsite leads within a defined territory.

- Develop vertical-based sales strategies for targeting qualified opportunities and manage them through the full sales cycle in conjunction with vertical leaders.
- Provide weekly sales funnel status updates to the VP of the defined territory/vertical.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to colleagues and clients on service solutions and delivery mechanisms available to current and potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads for bid development and manage pre-sales activities, including developing presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
- Lead the development of solutions to achieve Adecco National Account team objectives and negotiate deals to maximize revenue potential.
- Modify current service offerings to meet special customer needs.
- Stay abreast of leading industry trends and delivery best practices.
- Keep apprised of competitors' status and market activity and utilize Adecco's differentiators to position the company as the industry leader in sales presentations and negotiations.
- Develop and maintain brand awareness through advertising and public relations activities.
- Partner with subject matter experts to enhance Adecco's service offerings.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Director of Customer Pursuits. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and implementing successful strategic sales strategies, as well as analytical expertise of sales processes and metrics.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of national account sales experience, with a proven history of sales growth, client expansion, and new client wins. They will also possess excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills, as well as the ability to establish and manage to KPIs and SLAs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $82,006.02 to $94,866.00, as well as a range of world-class benefits, including medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and reimbursement and retirement programs.
