Job Summary:

The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing large accounts and distributors, serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to drive profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major channel customers, addressing and resolving important customer issues and concerns.
  • Customer Insights: Gain in-depth knowledge of key account needs, forecasting key account changes and enhancements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between key clients and internal teams, executing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, product reach, and overall revenue for all company offerings.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with marketing efforts focusing on areas with anticipated high traffic, creating and executing strategies to boost company product visibility through direct customer interactions.
  • Analysis and Insights: Continuously analyze sales data and leverage sales insights to drive business growth, performing additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, with an MBA being a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar account role, preferably with experience in direct sales to specific customer segments.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, consultative sales approach, results-driven, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, ability to excel under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Additional Requirements: Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record, willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, etc.
