Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dri Tech Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls and inquiries, and managing customer records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and update customer records, including creating new jobs and documenting changes
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating with customers
- Provide administrative support to the service team, including tracking proposals and managing client communications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
