About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at CCMC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing our company's purpose statement: We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and in the offices where we work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer service in all resident inquiries and interactions, answering a high volume of phone calls and emails, and providing general information or re-direction to appropriate departments. Additionally, you will assist with administrative, accounting, and other clerical needs using a variety of office equipment, software, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative, accounting, and other clerical needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
  • Manage accounts payable processes
  • Inventory and maintain office supplies
  • Participate in community events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Professional and adaptable with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and attend community events
