About the Role

iPromo, a leading promotional products company, is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Representative to join our thriving Enterprise Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned leads and accounts, exceeding their expectations and maximizing program impact.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting potential clients and creating strategic solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Research and stay up-to-date on our promotional products, create compelling proposals, and provide virtual and physical samples to clients.
  • Operational Efficiency: Utilize our company store platform, manage quotes and orders in Salesforce, and collaborate seamlessly with our internal team to streamline workflows.
  • Client Communication: Ensure clear communication throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to order fulfillment.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in presentations, meetings, and potentially attend industry trade shows to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of promotional product sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Master prospector with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities within existing leads and the broader market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems (bonus points for CommonSKU and SF experience).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
