St Louis, Missouri, United States Federal Reserve System Full time

Company

Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta is at the forefront of delivering a comprehensive range of payment solutions to financial institutions through FedLine Solutions, Fedwire, National Settlement Service (NSS), FedCash, FedACH, Check Services, and the FedNow Service. In 2020, we initiated a transformative strategy to evolve our Financial Services (FRFS) from a product-centric and support-focused framework to a cohesive, enterprise-wide organization. This new structure integrates various product and support offices, including the FedNow team, to enhance our service offerings and operational efficiency. Our guiding strategy is to provide a fully integrated suite of products that ensures speed, resilience, and flexibility in addressing the payment needs of financial institutions nationwide. We are committed to swiftly meeting market demands for innovative products and services while fostering a unified customer experience and creating new growth opportunities for our staff.

We are looking for visionary leaders who can establish the strategic direction, values, and priorities that will enable FRFS to fulfill its mission. Our leaders are expected to exhibit a strategic and action-oriented mindset, emphasizing intellectual curiosity, agility, accountability, and the capacity to drive innovation through experimentation. To cultivate a people-centric organization characterized by collaboration and innovation, we anticipate our leaders to promote an inclusive environment and embody our core values in their interactions with colleagues and the broader community.

We appreciate the diversity of our workforce, ideas, and experiences and are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture that reflects the communities we serve.

As a National Business Line within the Federal Reserve System, it is standard practice to advertise FRFS positions across all twelve Districts to ensure transparency and equitable opportunities for all employees. Selected internal candidates will retain their current District employment while serving as FRFS employees. The new job title and salary range for the selected candidate will be determined by the employing District and will adhere to its policies and practices regarding remote or hybrid work arrangements.

We operate in a dynamic hybrid workplace environment.
