We are seeking a Lead Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice, where you will play a key role in delivering intelligent automation solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with project managers and developers, ensuring seamless communication of business functional issues to clients and internal staff.
  • Conduct thorough business process and requirements analysis, advising clients on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and supporting technologies.
  • Evaluate risks related to requirements management, business process definition, testing processes, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
  • Lead the development, testing, and delivery of intelligent automation solutions using industry-leading vendor technologies.
  • Develop technical architecture, create system requirements, identify resources, and estimate timelines for project completion.
  • Design and implement new concepts and methodologies to improve people, procedures, and information technology solutions.
  • Assist in the scoping of prospective engagements, developing proposals, planning, logistics, and executing project management processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) / Intelligent Automation, with U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • Experience developing with RPA tools such as UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, Kofax, Microsoft, and Pegasystems.
  • Experience with data integration processes, tools performance, and scalability assessment.
  • Experience with configuring, managing, and/or integrating databases.
  • Experience managing project workstreams and staff personnel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levels, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to support engagements.
  • U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance.
