Position Overview:
The Business Automation Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing the operational processes of FRFS by developing automation solutions that enhance efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with operational teams to identify challenges and streamline workflows.

Required Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of applicable experience.
- Proficient in command line operating systems (Linux, Windows).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, Selenium, VBA Macro, and Powershell.
- Familiarity with various automation methods within a large enterprise context.
- Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Dynatrace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Grafana, Tableau, AWS QuickSight).
- Innovative mindset towards enhancing customer experience.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in both office and remote settings.
- Familiarity with agile software tools (Octane, Jira, VersionOne, Trello, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in payment systems.
- Knowledge of ISO20022 messaging.
- ITIL certification.
- Understanding of Amazon Cloudwatch and data lakes.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs in scripting environments.

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
