About the Role
As our ideal candidate, you will manage and grow assigned territory or group of accounts through the sales of CM3's product offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with customers while achieving annual sales and gross margin targets. Conducting customer needs assessments, sales proposal estimates, and specifications will be crucial in promoting products and services. You will provide superior value and service to customers by collaborating with internal staff to deliver quality results.

Requirements
We are seeking a self-motivated professional who is willing to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to influence customer decision-makers, and excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required. A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls (Construction/Plan & Specifications) Sales is preferred. Hold a BA/BS degree and possess a valid driver's license.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $85,000 per annum, plus benefits that support your life and well-being.
