Job Summary

The Bar Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to our bartenders, ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate support to bartenders, ensuring a smooth service experience for guests.
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary mixes, garnishes, and supplies.
  • Ensure proper rotation and inventory of all liquor, beer, wine, and consumable items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, back bar, and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety and health department procedures.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 21+ years of age.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain all state required work cards.
  • Minimum one year of related experience.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Familiarity with beer and spirits.
  • Proper lifting techniques.
  • Guest relations.
  • Sanitation and safety.
  • Safe alcohol service.
  • Full service restaurant operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
Working Conditions

The Bar Support Specialist will work in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment, exposed to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke. The role requires the ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

The Bar Support Specialist must be able to walk long periods, stand for long periods, and use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The role requires the ability to push and lift up to 50 pounds, as well as climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
