Job Summary:

The Front Office Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. This position is responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members
Manage front office operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient registration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and office correspondence
Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in a front office or administrative role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
