Hotel Operations Coordinator

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and handling room assignments and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to our guests.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Two years previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications such as FOSSE and Microsoft Office.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
