Hotel Operations Lead Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our hotel operations team at 21c Museum Hotels. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and promoting our brand.

About the Role

  • Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries, provide accurate and timely information, and ensure a smooth guest arrival and departure process.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise Front Desk Agents, Bell/Valet, and Night Audit staff, promoting a safe environment and quality services.
  • Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Training: Train staff on front office procedures, including cash handling and computerized systems.
  • Culture: Foster a culture of care, concern, and accountability among staff, promoting positive connections with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication channels with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement positive connections with guests.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to review and respond to correspondence.
  • Technical: Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite and Opera PMS.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Hospitality management.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
