Responsibilities:

  • Manage Front-of-House Teams: Lead a team of up to 40 front-of-house staff, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and feedback to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, stocking, and maintenance of food and beverage supplies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Sales Growth: Implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including menu engineering, pricing optimization, and promotions.
  • Staff Morale: Foster a positive work environment, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and overall quality meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum two years of management experience in high-volume restaurants, with a proven track record in staff management and sales growth.
  • Education: Some college education or equivalent experience.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid food safety certification and a background check.
