About the Role
">The Senior Hotel Management Position at Summit Hospitality Incorporated involves leading a dynamic team to drive hotel success, focusing on five key performance areas: guest satisfaction, financial performance, sales and marketing, property maintenance, and employee quality and morale. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will oversee daily operations, implement effective strategies, and foster a culture of excellence within the hotel.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Develop and execute operating plans, leveraging best practices and Standard Operating Procedures to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering open communication, coaching, and mentoring to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and community partners, to promote the hotel's image and reputation.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions to meet or exceed budgeted targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attending conferences, workshops, and training sessions to maintain expertise and share knowledge with the team.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
">- Proven track record of success in senior hotel management roles, preferably with national brands.
- Strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Technical skills in hotel software systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.

">- An estimated annual salary range of $150,000 - $220,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
